Did you finish integrating your email so you can pitch on-platform? Make sure to set up your HTML signature on platform; PitchResponse will not grab your ESP’s default signature.
After adding an email, click the “+Add Signature” button on the right-hand side of that email’s row.
We prepared a text signature for you, in case you may want to use it, just copy the code and fill in your information:
