Not every opportunity you come across is one you are ready to respond to immediately. You might find a request that is relevant but needs more thought, or one you want to return to after finishing a response you are already working on. PitchResponse’s bookmarking feature lets you save those opportunities so they do not get lost in a feed that updates throughout the day
For a full overview of all the views available within the Opportunities section and how opportunities move through the pipeline, see 06. Browsing and Managing Your Opportunities.
How to Bookmark an Opportunity #
When browsing your opportunities feed, you will see a bookmark or favorite option on each opportunity listing. Clicking it saves that opportunity to your Bookmarked list for easy retrieval later.
Accessing Your Bookmarked Opportunities #
All bookmarked opportunities are stored in the Bookmarked view within the Opportunities section. This is a dedicated view that shows only the opportunities you have saved, separate from the Current feed, Matches, and other views. You can return to it at any time to review, prioritize, and respond to the opportunities you have set aside.
What to Keep in Mind #
Bookmarked opportunities still have deadlines. Saving an opportunity does not pause or extend the time you have to respond, so check your Bookmarked list regularly and make sure you are not letting good opportunities expire while they sit in the list. If a deadline has passed, the opportunity will no longer be active regardless of whether you bookmarked it.
At the moment, bookmarks are a simple save with no ability to add notes or context to a saved opportunity. If you are managing multiple opportunities across different topics or clients, it is worth being selective about what you bookmark so the list stays focused and actionable.
